MEV Protection Mechanism

Zkircuit introduces specific features to protect users from MEV, which can be exploited by miners or validators by reordering transactions for profit. To mitigate such risks, Zkircuit implements:

• Fair Sequencing Services (FSS): Transactions are ordered by a third-party service or through a decentralized algorithm that ensures fairness, preventing miners from arbitrarily reordering transactions.

• Private Transaction Pools: Transactions are initially kept in a private pool and only made public once they are about to be executed, minimizing front-running opportunities.

• Constant-Time Transaction Processing: Ensures all transactions within a certain period are processed simultaneously, negating the advantage of ordering transactions within that frame.
